01-02 my absolute fav, 04.5-07 are my second favs and 03-04 are my absolute least favorite. id take a 99 OBS or 08-up body over those. jsut hate that grill and hood they have. 03-07 GMCs look better than the 01-02 GMCs IMHO

I agree, except it should go like this: :p:D

I agree, just wish these models were easier to swap a lly into.

I don't even want the LLY  I love everything about the LB7. Injector issue doesn't mean anything to me its a maintenance item.

And I love dem fixed vanes :woott: :woott:

Many small things, but most notable are injectors that do not shit their own bed. And IF they need replacing (or enlarging :D ) they are not UNDER the valve cover.

I'll take blown LLY headgaskets any day. But I don't believe them to be the inevitable ticking timebomb the LB7 injectors are. With the headgaskets you stud it when it goes and it's an actual fix. There is no "fix" for the design flaw that is the LB7. Wait, there is a fix it's called an LLY.

All that being said I would still rather have an LB7 :happy2:

lb7=best excuse to get bigger injectors, because you might as well.:happy2:
no wasted money on delete items either. and my 01 doesn't haft to have a catalytic converter to pass inspection.
and you can get a good deal on them when the injectors are going. and the lb7 is the one that made ford and dodge go:eek::eek:
plus I still wouldn't have adjusted my valves unless I had to do my injectors. it sucks but lb7's make you learn. if I had an lly
probably wouldn't know what I know now.

Y'all must like to repair your trucks more than I do. I like to wrench on my truck to improve the performance of it, not to fix inherent design flaws every 75-100K miles.

How much do either, or any one, of you want to pay for another LB7 since they're so great?
