TX of course
Is it normal for lbz/lmm to bend rods on stock fuel?
You ran a 3794 hard enough for it to eat it's self. That's most likely a yes. Guys have bent rods at 600hp, but you have a few things to check before fearing the worse.

my haze is from 100% over injectors. on stock injectors, i got no haze till under 30* and it was minimal. got worse as it got colder though. with glow plugs, i wouldnt get haze till single digits or colder and sitting all night with no block heater.

I've got 100% injectors too. It's the first time it's been cold since the motor got done. Makes me feel better I thought an injector was bad. I'm sure forged pistons don't helpbthe haze either.

Oh ya ran like a bitch. Took a data log but when I plug autocal into pc and go to scan folder they are not there. I’ve taken like 10 logs and can’t ****ing find them on the autocal

Mine loped and revved up to try and keep itself running. Shoulda taken a dam video instead of a data log that doesn’t show up.

It runs great after it’s started and idles for a min. It’s gotta be start up fuel tables or something I had so much white smoke

Here’s a 34 degree start. Sounds like a cammed v8 the first 30 seconds then sounds normal lol. The colder it gets the worse it gets. I must need to set my data logging up or something because I’ve taken several logs and they won’t show up on my efi live explorer.

Glow plug light cycles and shuts off right away. 8 brand new glow plugs too. If it was s glow plug issue I’d have a code right?

Did you inadvertently hit the glow plug controller or the positive cable going into it? Maybe you bumped it and it doesn’t have a good connection now?

Have you verified that you have juice all the way to the glow plugs yet?

FWIW my GPCM doesn't work, or at least it throws the code. I haven't fixed it since it's really not need on the MS Gulf Coast. We rarely go below freezing here but on the mornings we do (20 degrees is about as cold as we see). My truck starts and runs with no problems.

Yes. But it could have been accidentally turned off in the tune. And I have seen gpcm that wouldn't send juice to the glow plugs but they didn't throw any codes. That's why I keep asking him to check for voltage at the glow plugs. Very simple and easy thing to test. And it rules out a bunch of things.
