Brett is down in Florida testing transmissions and so far so good as he got a new personal best of [email protected]! Hopefully tomorrow he gets an even better pass out of it! This trany issue has been a 2-year project and it is nice to finally see some light at the end of the tunnel, Congrats Brett!

For those that haven't seen it recently in Diesel World and Diesel Power magazines, this truck is a work of art! It's a black 69 C10 rcsb powered by an LLY. Brett and I built the motor 2yrs ago using Finger's Oval Race cast pistons, Carillo's, Socal 3388 cam and Stg1 heads. Has my 72mm VGT feed by a Batmo483 twins and Exergy 175%inj and dual fueled.

Thanks Tom, yeah I really like them and Jon has a guy making 1,600hp on the Race cast pistons without any issues so I'm not worried about them. Brett has been pretty hard on them for the past two seasons without any issues.

Tom, do us ALL a big favor and DON'T give up on your 1/2 ton project, please!
