they also reported overheating with the 3gS. I have the 3g and I like it enough to wait until I get the Iphone that I really want.

Got my 3Gs from pre order and LOVE mine heck i am even tethered to my laptop with it now on 3G (found the crack and didnt even need to jail brake it) love it love it love it,,, also mine is the 32 gig

There is a known issue with the 3Gs overheating and shorting out. I am trying to think of the mac user website is read it on. It might be maclife.com not sure. Also look on macrumors.com they have a article on it!!
