Here ya go. Since you already have the water pump off, easiest thing is to pull the black coolant tube out of the oil cooler (it's just o-ringed, not secured besides that). Then remove 5 bolts (through the cooler itself)and 2 nuts (that hold the coolant elbow to the block) to remove the cooler from the engine. After the cooler is off, you can unbolt the elbow from the cooler to change that gasket. I actually think I reused that one, but changed the rubber ones.

Here you can see the 5 holes where the bolts go

Here's the block without the cooler installed. You can see the 5 bolt holes and 2 studs where the nuts go on the far right.

Here's the 2 o-rings to replace on the cooler itself

Here's the elbow removed from the cooler. Rubber seal is on the right (goes between block and elbow), steel gasket is on the left (goes between elbow and cooler).

Here's how the elbow goes onto the block (bolts are in backwards in this pic)

You don't need to pull the water pump back off. Just remove the two nuts that hold the tube onto the water pump housing and let the tube come off with the oil cooler. No big deal.

Well everyone its all done and runs great. Only issue i had going back together was the front clip/core support. Im assuming the front fenders were supposed to be removed to remove the front clip but anyhow ingot it back in but now the fenders dont line up with the hood. And seems like the fenders are back to far also. Is there ways to align the fenders? And the passenger side door wants to hit the fender when opening if j ever tear into one again im gonna lift body off the frame

There's some adjustment in the core support. Sound like yours may be sitting too far back. When I put my half ton back together I had to hook a big ratchet strap around the support and to a solid point off the truck and ratchet the entire support towards the drivers side to get the fenders and hood to line up.
