Suncoast kit, 1053-3D, pump rub and drivers side dipstick bud.

Conjured up a list of parts I still need to source..

Billet 468/83 - Probably just gonna get a box FMW and swap a polished cover on
Piping kit - gonna get it raw and have it coated locally along with motor shiz
G&R sump - They have a booth at Rudys this year, gonna scoop a sump then
Wherli s400 intake - I like theyre curvature more than HSP.
Misc. AN fittings for fuel system

Also waiting on my manifolds, up pipes and pedestal to arrive from Calico. And my valve covers are being polished locally.

Can't believe it's taking that long he's usually quick on a trans

It was in the book for last week but he had two guys take off so he ended up doin a lot of phone answering and desk type stuff.

They got it together today and called me. Can't go get it until Monday though because of work.

Just updating. Still no sweet pics of any goods. Been super swamped with work.

Got the truck back a week or so ago from the trans build. Shifts great, 1053-3d is harsh at all.

Also took advantage of a Speedhut 20% off deal and ordered Boost,EGT,Low side fuel pressure guages that closely match an escalade cluster.

Has any one gotten rid of the little red box and ground tab on the drivers valve cover? Brainstorming how to clean up the appearance when I get my socal covers back from polishing.

Got these bad boys in. Can't say enough about the quality of Speedhuts product. Glass lenses, polished stainless bezels. Numbers are white, needles glow blue. Should look sweet with an escalade platinum type cluster.

Thanks bud. I wanted to take a different route from the normal Isspro or auto meters. Knew Speedhut offers a "build-your-own" deal. Just so happened to catch these on a -25% off deal. :thumb:

Nice Gauges! I just checked out speedhub, looks like I missed the deal/promotion or was there a code or something you had to enter at checkout?

Yea it was a 7 day deal for an anniversary of being in business.

Also on a side note. The pigtails for gauges have separate power leads for the dial and needles. This is going to work perfectly because my cluster needles will be illuminated seperately from the dials on the dash.

So both cluster and pillar needles are going be illuminated by the bcm auto dim. ( headlights off = full needle brightness without dial illumination ) then ( headlights on = both dial sets illuminated white, needles illuminated blue and fully controlled by the dimmer ).

Theoretically anyways lol

Finally got these in... No idea why they're blurry but I'm not photographer.

Needles are blue and wired to the bcm dimming circuit. So full bright needles when headlights are off. Then white numbers, blue needles controllable by dimmer when headlights are on. Same for the cluster whenever I stop being lazy and order and escalade bezel.

Those look badass man. Hows the quality on them?

Very nice. On par if not better than my EV2 setup. And Speedhut will build them anyway you want with mostly any color or font imaginable.

Everything looks good. I'm anxious to see everything under the hood.

Me as well. Sold another vehicle I own recently. Will most likely scoop the rest of the necessary s400 install parts within a week or two.

Picked up a G&R sump on Sunday when they put the blem units up for $100.

Right now just prepping for Rudys. I will be there mostly all day Saturday with my dad who has never been. Im sure he will get a kick out of the big name guys tearing up the track :thumb:

Thanks man. I'm obsessed with simple and clean. Literally every flaw annoys me.

Currently debating shaving the cab lights as well as the third brake light. Leave sunroof obviously and paint shark fin white.
