Is the problem with building up enough PSI that you have a small compressor? if thats the case see if you can get somewhere that has a bigger compressor so you can pump it up quick. Use the regulator on the compressor and start it at about 30 PSI then as the system gets full bump it up to 45 or 50 then start listening....

I'm no expert by any means.... but i'd be surprised to hear that a new 480 has a problem. Anythings possible (see my story above for just the high points on my quest for boost)... but i'd think you have other signs.

If you can get the drive pressure gauge installed ... i really think that will help answer alot of questions after you finish testing for leaks.

The setup is finally working better!:happy2: I have some fine adjustments that needs to be done to the wastegate once the roads dry up.
Thanks goes out to Nathan for making a very cool kit, Rob for the great tuning, Chad @ AlligatorPerformance for the additional parts, and Trent for taking a couple of my phone calls.

Candy Apple Red is what Nathan called it, but I am sure there is a more technical name of it. The powder coating is a two step process. The base is silver with a transparent red on top.

Primo powder coating in Boise is the one I think Nathan is using. I don't have the phone number but he is who I had to call to get the blue hammertone for my twins.

It was a awesome christmas present. :D The bad thing is my wife gets something really nice now.:(

Do you still have the second battery in the truck?

Yeah. I had to place the battery in the bed for now. I need to find a smaller battery for the frame rail. The amp research steps would not allow me to mount the battery in the frame rail.
