Did you try the 01 TCM file yet?

I did not sir. I just sprung for the lockup box because it is trick as shit lol. Although I would like to adjust the tcm tuning and raise the shift points a little bit. But I'm starting with the lockup and going from there.

Dont even worry about "tuning" the TCM yet though, just try the file and see how you like it. I'll bet you won't ever go back. Low end torque and midrange are 10x better

That's awesome buddy, I want to see this thing in action. Was that with the water-meth on?
I sold the water meth when I built the motor. Fuel only and from all accounts it barely hazed at launch and was completely clean the entire 1320' I'll be going back up once I get Ben's lockup box installed. I'll let you know and maybe we can find a day or night to meet up!

Update: Why the hell would anyone ever put a stack on their truck??? I know I have headers and such which will make it louder but my God it is borderline unbearable. Drove to the track this weekend (about 100 miles each way) and had a headache within 20 minutes of getting on the highway. The fact that we were all hungover didn't help but Jesus it is loud. Only time I found it beneficial was in the big dig tunnel. 4500rpms through a 6" stack is a sound like no other. Also looked cool on the track. Wait back to the point STACKS ARE A TERRIBLE IDEA!!!!!!

My friend has a daily driven 12 valve single cab with a 7" hoodstack and even with his windows down, riding in his truck is quiet compared to mine. I'm glad I didn't go and sell my 5" exhaust hahaha

I'm running ats manifolds and up pipes with a 4" downpipe with a 6" stack on my dd and it was pretty loud. I got nailed for it being to loud and sent through inspection a couple times.

I ended up running 2 mini stainless magniflow race mufflers on it and it quieted it down a good amount but its still loud and sounds nasty.
