I'm 3.5" downpipe to4" for a bit then up to 5"(like all the MBRPs are) but where the pipe ends there is no room. It goes into like 4 inches of flex then into the 90 for the stack. I have heard there is a company that makes a stack insert mufflers though. That'd be cool.

Radio use to be around 15 cruising. Now the volume is up around 20 cruising around. I will say the sound is amazing when you roll into it. I just hate the drone at 75-80mph.

Hmmm... Who told you that? I'm telling you it sounds crazy but I went from my old 6" stack to the 5" and it took most of the drone away but it is still there once the converter locks up

Just throw a second turbo on.

Thats old school now. Throw another 2 turbos on and you will have a stock exhaust note, and a total sleeper again. I am putting a stack on just to get some noise back in the cab again. I miss the loud exhaust from the single charger

I'm having my charger turned into a Danville 72. So it will only get worse lol. I've debated keeping the 4094 and putting a 480 over it but I like the simplicity and cleanliness of the factory appearing single.

Here's a couple pics of how I did my mufflers. It's not 5" but

I would have to cut up the front pipe to put in a muffler, and I don't want the muffler when I have the tail pipe on. But I am going to take a closer look at it tonight. One of those real short mufflers would probably knock the drone down a lot.

You should be able to come up with something. Even if you buy another piece of 5" to put the muffler in so you can just swap that piece in and out with the muffler when you want to switch between the stack and the regular exhaust. So you don't have to cut your regular exhaust.

I wanna pull some gears! I have other plans though. I will try, but sometimes the fairer gender does not react favorably to last minute changes in plans, especially when it involves diesel trucks
