Lots of people will use a tq plate to simulate the heads being tq down and the hone the cyl walls. Also if you run a girdle or billet main caps it's something to consider.

well, have definately decided on billet mains and a girdle. think i might be sending the crank to Guy and have him internally balance it , if i cant get it done here locally for around the same money. going with carillos and pistons are still up in the air , need to hurry up though so i can get all that done with the crank:thumb:

ok next question is who to use and do you trust on the east coast for duramax engine work(machining)
