Wasn't doubting your skills at all!!! Just thought i would ask but im glad to hear that all of this was well thought out before starting the process. Real life actual R&D is always a great thing. Would you say that this is a worth while mod if one has access to equipment? I would definitely like to try this out.

I don't think there would be but I've not done any testing to be 100% sure. I'm assuming the hot side feed of your S480 from the stock turbo would be 3"? If so, then it would have to neck down to 3" from 3 1/2"(roughly) before going into the 480. I honestly don't think you'd see any negative effect or lag; I see it having a different sound though.
