My Xbox has never had a problem, it is 3 years old. I have a ps3 too, and the online play is garbage compared to XBOX. Microsoft charges because they offer a better online gaming experience.

BTW, the new XBOX doesnt have problems with the mother board or disc reader that the old ones had. If your old style xbox dies its best just to go buy a new one!

I played cod4 on pc.... Heard that the new one isn't as pc friendly though....

havent bought it yet anyway....

They brought down the players from 64 to 16 IIRC

got it for the ps3, and its awesome!! like the way they change it up on you, cant second guess it, beat it in 5 hours though....i thought it should have been longer.....

we havent got it yet! We just play Halo and Left 4 Dead right now online. BlownSwampthing is our house name for now. We are looking to get Modern Warfare 2, Left 4 Dead 2, and Forza 3...goodbye grades and social life!!!

3/4's of the red lights around the power button are the ring of death... If you have 4 than that means its got a power cable loose. If you get a ring of death putting a blanket or something around the xbox itself and turning it on the intentionally over heat it for about 10 minutes is a bandaid fix for it and will allow you to still play for a couple of hours till it returns... Haven't played COD 6 yet but my buddy has it and and it looks sick as hell, I'll have to run out and grab it at the Walmart soon...
