I agree Josh did nothing wrong. Something as simple as a friendly post gets blown out of proportion. A bigger reminder is reading the same people preaching for a better place when they too have been involved in some really huge bashes. No rant.

Not sure if this was directed at me , but since i am guilty on both parts i will respond , I have been in 2 , the other 5500 post have been positive for the most part , i think that's a pretty decent batting average but we are all human and we all have bad days it will happen from time to time .

I played golf on Tuesday, at least I think that is what they called it. Greens keeper came over and personally thanked me for never hitting one green from any where outside of 20 feet there by causing no ball marks. The tee keeper was pissed because it looked like I rotor tilled most of them. And the ducks in the ponds did just that, a lot of DUCKING. I had a 12 on the first hole then things started going down hill.

by 12 you mean you had 12 beers to drink right?

Sounds about like my "golfing." I'm pretty sure I can throw a 5 iron farther than I can hit a ball with it.

The truck belonged to Joe at PPE and was co-tuned by Steve ( actually Larry ) and Joe. Transgo bought the Duramax from Joe at PPE.

Mike, was that the white RC/LB that was on PPEs site years ago? IIRC the tuned ECM they were selling was called a Tech IV with 30/80/120hp settings.

Yes and it had a bigger tune in it ( extreme ). It also ran nitros but Steve denied it but I saw it. When Transgo offered me the truck first and I told Steve, he said the nitros was not part of the deal and it had to go back to Dennis Perry at TS. If Tomac actually ran the times he did with a CCSB without nitrous, he had it all over Steve. It was quite a controversy back then. I was a big TTS cheer leader back then ( dumb ) but when I found out about the nitros I started to get quiet with the cheer leading.

Nick's tune at AV behaved the same in 2008 and 2009. The classic too much fuel, too early, in the boost curve. You have to retard the timing and fuel to light big chargers. Once it lit, it ran solid. In 2008, I thumped him pretty hard though with an LLY running EFILive. In 2009 a EFILive customer of mine whupped him solid too.

The TTS Extreme was a very good tune for racing back in the day. But there was no LLY/LBZ followups that were worth mentioning. The TTS LBZ tune at AV was very bad.

If you can't adjust your tune for equipment changes and track conditions, you are at a handicap today. Nick D'amico pretty much proved that.
