It really does look good. The I-Beam is a damn good idea. You guys should see how big it is from the inside. Its bigger than most peoples homes

Pre-frabricated trusses. Save yourself a little money. Looks like a good job by the framing crew. Went with the silent floor or Strucjoist systems. Nice work.
