Cool elevation.

You could leave the bottom flange of the (2) 18" I beams exposed... instead of an engine hoist use a "ladder beam" rolling on the bottom flange with a pulley/block and tackle/winch? whatever for jerking motors...

Pulling a motor, maybe the bed, hell even the cab... ooooooh, would be cake.

Ask your Struct Engineer, it's totally doable. It's cheap to change the beam size now, if he deams it required. They over engineer most stuff by 30% or more, you probably already have enough to handle another 1000lbs easy.

lol, damit man, well, atleast where i am i can park as many things here as i want, i can pee i any part of my yard, and shoot any of my guns to boot! only have a 1k sq ft house, but 3 1/2 acres of property backed up to nothing but cow pastures.

That pretty much sums it up for me also!

Sweet looking "Garage" Mcrats!

only thing I'd do if you got room is go longer on the big bay. that way you want to put the whole rig in w/ the trailer. sucks to unload at night or unhook because the bed is full of crap. I'd say 60' would be nice.

I would change the Garage door(s) to atleast 9' foot wide, maybe even 10. You are gonna play hell trying to get a truck in a 8 foot opening.

The big door is 12' wide by 14' tall, and the double door is 16' wide by 8' tall.

It is easier to put in big doors than having me go on a diet, or having my swollen head re-sized.

The gross building size is 40' deep by 44' wide. It will accept up to a 35' motor home, or a 30' boat.

Send all unwanted to snow to PO Box 152, Red Deer Alberta Canada. I have lots of room for it to go!!!

I thought the weather channel showed a big snow storm up there, did I miss something :D, or do you just want more. Nobody can drive around here when it snows, schools and business's will shut down for 1". :baby:
