This is exactly why I want more land. How much are house's selling for in your area? Not only are the house's nicer but I bet the people are more like us, and not the kind of people you find in homeowner's associations

It's a track home in Norco. They go anywhere from 400k to 1 millon.

That's doable The houses in our area are on small lots and small houses. We have the one exceptional house with RV parking, and houses in our area go from 750k-1.1 million

that garage is bigger than most of my rent houses, oh and nicer as well



as far as house prices, a $200K house in Texas (San Angelo), would be in the $400 - $500K range in Cali.

lol, damit man, well, atleast where i am i can park as many things here as i want, i can pee i any part of my yard, and shoot any of my guns to boot! only have a 1k sq ft house, but 3 1/2 acres of property backed up to nothing but cow pastures.

The garage looks good. I'm in need of space myself.

It is amazing how prices vary by location.

For reference, around here you can get a brand new 3000sq. ft. house in a nice plan for around $300-$350K.


But I shoveled 4" of snow off my driveway tonight...... I could do without that.
