Sorry for delay guys. I couldn't get them to load up from my home computer last night so I had to do it from school today.

I have the 2x4, and I added the three inch shackles-- so I can get it in the garage. I was concerned when towing so I added bags. Works OK, and handles good. My truck sits almost level now.

How much drop did you get from the shackles? It looks good but not as low as i expected.

It was right around 2" (the size of the shackles). It sits about like a 1/2 ton now. I would like to go to 3" but right now I'm pretty happy how it sits, and I don't wanna do it all again right now.

Can drop shackles be used if you have airbags. Bags are the ones that replace bump stops to the axle.

I have air bags on the rear of my truck like what you are talking about and I don't foresee any issues. I will be towing for the first time with the new setup on fri so I can let you know how it goes.

I removed my overloads and will be putting my bags back in pretty soon, there is a bit of restriction of travel IMO, I'll try to get a better idea when I get under there.

I also plan to attach a small reservoir to each bag so as to have a more linear support from the bag. We'll see if it goes as planned.

That would be Great. I'm really interested in doing this so I can lower my t-bars back down. I have a decent load on the bed of my truck before I even hookup the trailer. Airbags are a must.

Looks awesome and my truck is the same color. Now I know what mine will look like.

yessir! I love the way they look with factory shackles n the torsions raised a little but this is much easier on the frontend. Especially for those boosted 4x4 launches we all love!:woott: BBL
