Out and about
1500 grille, bumper cover and side corners. There are little black fillet strips that pop on top of the corner pieces. 6.00 from gmparts direct.

Who's running DJM 3/5 and what shocks are you using? Gonna order mine. Just curious what everyone is using

I am running a setup that I found to work well, and probably would for the 3/5. modified KYB's.

Give me a bit to dig up part numbers. Same travel as stock, but 2 inches shorter in the front and rear. Rides nicely with the torsion bolts out and 2 in shackles in the rear.

Using rancho 9000xl shocks. All I could find was 2" lower than stock, which works just fine but I couldn't go much lower than a 3/5
emailed rancho, they don't like lowered trucks apparently. They said they don't intend on the 9000 adjustable to be meant for the street/track even though they do work. So they aren't making as my shorter ones.

I spent about an hour on the phone with rancho one day figuring out lowering shocks.

Rs9000 adjustable part number 999267 rear shock. 14.5" collapsed, 22.5 extended.

Front I think a front halfton rs9000 was perfect match. Or im sure Sean can get you the part number from his fronts.

Shackles, no overloads and bolts most of the way out.

I used KYB Monomax shocks

Part numbers
565101 and 565103 (bolt on)

The 565101 required me to press out the lower slotted bushing and replace with a 5/8" Poly sleeve bushing and new inner metal sleeves. Works like a charm. The shocks ride well and the truck feels sportier dropped. Stiff, but comfortable. Launches well too ;) :thumb:

Then what good are they if they're no good for either the street/track..

Alright guys it about time for me to get new tires. I am thinking 285/55R20. How many have had them on their lowered truck and how much drop did you have? Right now I have my keys backed out and shackles and hangers in the rear set at about 4" drop. Once I install the lca's it will be 3/5 drop
