What is the problem? Have there been reports of cracked lml pistons or snapped lml rods? Dts has trucks running lml rotating assemblies, or so I've heard

The stock LML bottom end is certainly proving to be much stronger than the 6.7 FORD bottom end. Hell, the LB7/LLY bottom ends might even be stronger than the 6.7 ford. Or at least the rods...

I saw a blown up 6.7 at brian parkers shop when I was helping my buddy work on his race truck. Pretty sure the thing bent the rods at stock power. I was hoping Ford would have something awesome this go round.

You guys would laugh if you saw a picture of the rods. They make LB7/LLY rods look like crowers. Well maybe not really, but you get my point. They are SMALL.

Just installed a tuner and exhaust on a 6.7 today, I guess we will see how long it lasts.

Ive been snoopin over there for a while, read when the 6.7 skattered the engine at 575rwhp....

Agreed, the 6.7 rods make dmax rods look like 5.9 pieces :spit:

Stock turbo, injectors, just a tune and a guy bent 3 rods. Ouch.

I thought I read somewhere that if you run the LML rod you're stuck with the piston as well because of the wrist pin size. Does anybody have the correct info on this? I can't remember where I read it, maybe on SoCal's thread, not sure.

Yes the pin is a different size, fleece ran in to this issue in their thread.

Alligator posted on FB that they have rods for the 6.7L Fords, $3500 :spit:
