Maybe look at the injector flow rates in the ecm and see if they match the injectors

You will need a good scan tool to view the injectors flow rates in the ecm. Then will have to verify that they are right by looking at the injectors you can seeInjector balance rates are as follows:
1 - 0.4
2 - -0.1
3 - -0.1
4 - 0.8
5 - -0.2
6 - -0.4
7 - -0.2
8 - 0.0
I had a similar issue. I ended up replacing the whole assembly that the fuel filter mounts to. It's the alluminum housing that you screw the filter into, it was allowing the fuel pressure to drop.Have a scantool?
