Injector balance rates are as follows:
1 - 0.4
2 - -0.1
3 - -0.1
4 - 0.8
5 - -0.2
6 - -0.4
7 - -0.2
8 - 0.0
You will need a good scan tool to view the injectors flow rates in the ecm. Then will have to verify that they are right by looking at the injectors you can see

There are check balls in the filter head. Make sure you dont have shit between them and the seats. Your problem is in the head. I toss that shit and run a Fass on every Dmax I own first thing anyways. over 200k on my LB7 twin turbo combo on og non updated injectors and my balance rates are some of the best you could ask for. Diesels need clean non aerated fuel to lubricate the pump and injectors as well as cool them. Used the kits to rebuild heads before and watch them fail again soon after. they just hit the shit file and I move on w 2 filters and a pump.

Have a scantool?
I had a similar issue. I ended up replacing the whole assembly that the fuel filter mounts to. It's the alluminum housing that you screw the filter into, it was allowing the fuel pressure to drop.
Changing it fixed my problem.

Problem resolved, thanks to Iowa LLY, the return line assembly or as GM calls it a constant pressure regulator, the line into this regulator somehow got pinched as I was trying to figure out this issue, straightening out the line did the trick. Thanks to all for your help, glad to be done with this. :D
