Your stocker has the lip for the vband all you have to do is get the vband stuband build a charge pipe over to your big charger output.

If I'm understanding this you would have to either build a mouth piece like mentioned above or get something like an afe blade runner and close off the additional holes for the PVC crap. You can not use the factory mouthpiece because it will leak once under pressure.

i meant 42 not 45
1.15 ar with 82mm wheel
should be simialar to k31

still think its to small in a dmax set up?

even smaller
atleast need a T6 housing
k31 is 71mm
you don't see much of mid size garretts as primaries with small turbine wheels that are suited for singles or on gas engines. BWs offer larger turbines & are half the cost
S&B makes a nice mouthpiece with one threaded port & outflows the others

mine already has a t6 wastegated housing on it, i picked it up and ran in on my 12v fummins over a stocker and just hung onto it after i sold it planning on re-using it on a dmax
but damn sounds like i need to find a s475 or maybe even an 80

I wouldn't be scared to use that gt42, my S475 works just fine with an 83mm turbine and an external gate. MPI probably made more than one of these kits.

You mean this?

Big to little charge pipe is on the left & the flange your asking about is facing you. I had a friend copy the plastic mouth piece and cut me a flange with a o-ring groove. Sounds like fatboylmm has what you need better hit him up.

GT4202 is perfect for towing (Ultra fast spooling) and a GT4508 is good as well. I wouldn't run a smaller 4294 or the smaller 45 versions... S475 and S480 are a good choice as well and are cheaper than the Garrett's.

based on these to inputs, i will try out the 42 i can always change it later on anyways.

should i run the gate? i curently have it tack welded shut as the wastegate actuator was busted up when i got it but i could always make a spring style gate acuator for it.

1.15 is a touch tight... I would try it the way you have it, but you might have to gate it to control overall boost. I have my gate completely shut on my Comp turbo and Im pulling about 26 psi out of it on my big tune, It's a 1.0 housing.

well i think a gate should be easy enough to make work. so ill go that route.
just need to do some digging to see what spring i need to find. tunning it in might be a PITA
