I'm with James, way to erratic... Ice pick and ck the wiring at the ficm, It likes to rub through at the top where it is zip tied to the ficm mounting bracket. Although I would think you would get codes if it was the wiring at the ficm but it can't hurt to ck it.
The amount of fuel the engine is getting. The ECM takes the amount of fuel each injector is injecting, and averages it to give you the injection fuel amount or fuel rate. Some scanners will add in pilot while others will show it seperately. Balance rates are just how far +/- each injector is injecting from the fuel rate. So if all 8 injectors are injecting extra fuel from equal wear, your balance rates can still look great, but the fuel rate will be low. Ideally you should see around 8-9 mm3 of fuel at a hot idle with no other loads.
