Both, thinking truetrac (or maybe grizzly) in the back elocker up front

Yup, Grizzly and E-locker are some of my next upgrades. Along with traction bars and straps up front.

I'm desperately in need of some traction aid though. Can't seem to break under 14's(not impressive for some of you I know lol), with a best 60' of 2.0x lol. That was with t-bars dropped and spring clamps only. If I push my launches any harder then the truck starts bucking. Any tips you guys could give? Would like to get this thing launching good so I can start messing with the tuna for more powa!

Really? I have had a few people tell me it helps. Why wouldn't I want it? I'm new to the whole drag thing so still trying to learn.

You do not want a front locker for drag racing

Why not? I thought there were some fast trucks using e-lockers? I could be way off though, but I'm here to learn.

Also, e-locker will be used for off-roading mainly in my case, just heard it helped while racing.

I'm here to learn. I know a few guys that were running the elockers up front on the track. But this is why I post before I buy. does it just bind with the rear locker on the mild time trucks?
or am I going to break stuff up front doing that?

Just b/c you can get into a true 4 wheel spin and break stuff up front? I'm guessing its b/c if you break a CV all that power will go to one wheel and send you sideways?

no, can't turn worth a shit with a locked front axle, good luck to you if you have to correct it

so that's a big issue with the 1/4 mile? I know without the elocker it would not be streetable to have a locked front end.
Again I'm new to this so just trying to learn and I know a few people that run that setup. When I question you guys it’s not that I don't believe you I just want to know why.
Thanks

Nitto terras and 28 in the front 30 in the back on the last run. 20 inch rims. I'm going to at least put something in the back since the G80 no like what I'm doing to it.

Theres 9 sec dmax's runnin around with stock front carriers. Your wasting your money on a e locker unless your truck pulling. Get better tires to hook!
