So who out there are running fast lifted trucks? Yes I know racing a lifted truck is retarded, but really racing any truck is retarded. I'm just hanging out more towards the full retard side.....
So anyways just wanted to see who was out there doing this. Maybe give out some tips and tricks to make it happen. I know there are some nasty lifted trucks out there lurking around.

I know there are some more out there. It has it challenges, but they are the sleepers of the diesel world so I have fun with it

I should be around a low 12. Just depends as i dont know how this fuel will push these turbos.

I bet if you cut some weight you can do around the same times as me- what size injectors do you have?

Hoping to run mine soon. Practiced some boosted launches the other day and I have a nasty vibration when it's in 4 wheel drive from the passenger side, but I haven't had a chance to check it out. My cv angles are not the greatest so I couldn't get more than 10-12 psi without it going crazy. How many psi are you leaving at?

Most of this is repeat from what I have found out in the last few days...
So I have found that all the same stuff works on lifted trucks that everyone else is doing (surprise surprise) dropping the T-bars all the way down so everything is level, getting all the angles straight. HD limit straps seem to really help. Running 0 toe in. I pump my rear bags up to keep the weight from shifting; the truck has a huge amount of rake to it. I have some heavy track bars, and even with my big blocks it keeps everything where it should in the back (we shall see with the drag radials)

I'm on a shitty track and spinning all the way into 3rd. The first time I almost ended up in the other lane but with the above done I spin its easy and smooth

I drop my T-bars down all the way at the track, I really can't drive on the street they are so low (rub about half turn)

My cv angles have me worried. I run my torsion bolts almost all the way out and they're still pretty steep. Granted when I launch around 10 psi it launches straight, but I keep my fingers crossed. I bought my truck with the lift on it so no sure if the keys are factory or not.

Mine are level all the way down. I think the limit straps I made work great, it will not raise up much and takes 5 min to put on at the track

PPE centerlink, moog parts, sleeved tierods, a brace on the idle arm (lost and just got a new nut for the pitman lol). IMHO the biggest things are getting the angles level and the limit straps. I posted a pic on page 3 of the fatty thread.
If your turbos are matched to your 100% over injectors I cant wait to see your times

get the angles good and don't do like I did on the first run and launch the fk out of it and end up almost in the other lane, start off at just a few pounds on a non max effort tune and work it up.
