I was considering a tattoo
but I just can't decide on one. It's a big deal, it something I'll have to live with for the rest of my life.
I'd like to see what everybody else looks like.

Thought and opinions welcome

imho a tattoo should be something that you know exactly what you want. not just want a tattoo and have no reason because down the road you might not want it.

when i graduated the fire academy and finished my probie year i wanted to get a tattoo. i had it drawn up and everything. i looked at the drawing everyday and told myself that if i still wanted it after one year i would go get it. and 4 years later after i got the drawing i still don't have it.

a little food for thought :)

I dont have a tat. My wife does, so Id have to get a pic of it. But to do that, Id have to catch her in the shower or when she's getting dressed.....and then she'd kill me and I couldnt post it anyway....

I thought we were posting up pics. This will be funny as hell. We should rename this to tattoo appreciation thread.

I made the same mistake most people did. I got that one small tattoo that was popular at the time; a tribal band. I soon learned they addictive, just like other body adornments. I have added a bit since that first band. I'm still debating on whether or not to do sleeves. The artwork to tie them in was done years ago; just need to make up my mind. Works in progress......

This is the only pic I have that shows my Tattoo, I am going to get the other arm done soon , I have had that one for a bout 5 years now , still not sick of it . I follow 1 rule with Tats , make sure a short sleave shirt will cover it ,I can show mine off if i want or hide it , its a nice choice to have .

Mine are the same way I can raise and lower my sleeves and see them when I want. I might get more soon easy since my moms husband does them for a living lol.

That must have been before you were running one of the fastest diesels around? ;)

I agree with the "be able to be covered" thing. Thats why I put mine on my back.

And also, rule #2. Never get anything that you wouldnt want to show your kids :thumb:
