more than i need the roads are horrible here and my old 14K trailer just looked like it was taking a beating

That trailer had to be almost maxed out with 8k lbs on it no? Plus hitting 100 potholes per mile couldn't help

it was pretty damn close to being maxed out with my truck on it...never hurts to go over kill

I hear ya. The roads in PA suck too. Most of the NE has crappy roads.

Yeah its a battery tray. Just to clean up engine compartment since they don't allow in the weight box. I know it hurts us weight wise but it is not that much for the room it saves IMO.
