EFILive LBZ Switch instructions

Digging up an old thread to add a question.
I was looking at my DSP 5 switch that I am finally getting around to installing and the back of it as pictured has 3 terminals. Does it matter which wires go where? (I assume it does) And if so are they in the right two terminals?

Looks like the middle and one of the two ends. which end you choose determines if the switch is 1,2,3,4,5 or 5,4,3,2,1 as you turn it clockwise. Best guess from the picture.

I have seen many a picture of switches but not that one, who did you purchase it from..?

I wish I could remember. I've had it for 4 years.
I think you might be right Christopherglenn. I'll put a meter on it today and see what it reads.
