At approximately what throttle position? It's been a while since I've run the tune, but I don't remember ever having any excessive timing rattle on my truck.Tune pulls hard, but a lot of timing rattle around 2500 RPMs.

edit: It is set to drop to 1 injection pulse at 2400 RPM (no pilot), maybe that's what you're hearing?
Can you post a log with RPM, injection quantity, pulse, rail pressure, and timing? The timing really isn't that aggressive in this tune. I'm wondering if there is a multiplier that is raising your timing significantly higher than the desired tables are calling for. I've had problems with some tunes in the past that were adding more timing than I wanted, and I started pasting my timing tables into the max timing tables to fix it. I made this tune before I started doing that though. I'll do that and post the tune.
I really don't know. It was low to mid 600s on my truck with twins. I would guess somewhere around 500 on a stock turbo.Whats the approx power you think?
