The PYO's had 265's on them and I liko the PYO style the width is the problem only being 6.5" wide
I originally wanted some Bronze Method wheels but found these for a good price I prefer smaller diameter wheels so they may be replaced in the future after I finsih my other plans for the project

I am thinking about painting the filler. I picked up a 2001 Silverado HD hood I plan on having modified to fit the GMC headlights and i bought some 2015-2019 Style tow mirror from Boost auto parts with paint able caps so I need to get those painted anyways

Got everything mocked up for the twins I was concerned about the A/C lines since its a Yukon XL and has rear A/C but removing the secondary battery tray and some bending of the lines by hand got me barely enough clearance I am going to wrap all the exhaust components with header wrap and used DEI gold heat reflecting tape on the A/C lines that are near the exhaust

I got it running i was immediately met with a gallon of coolant dumping on the floor i cracked the heater hose fitting i just looped the hose for now

Something is going on with the maf it runs good when unplugged i think the maf is bad or the tuner forgot to rescale for the 5” intake i cleaned the maf and it made no difference the turbo lag is awful with the maf plugged in

It’s probably not corrected for the size BUT make sure you didn’t put it in backwards

So I talked to the tuner and the MAF is calibrated for the intake they asked me to send a log but first I am going to buy a new MAF its 21 years old and was used with a oiled filter and even when i clean it it still doesn't look totally clean So I am going to start with a fresh sensor and then go from there

So i sent the tuner a log the maf didnt help they made some changes that may helped a little

I did a boost leak test and found the drivers side boot had a hole in it replaced drivers side intercooler pipe and still is a turd to respond

When the maf is unplugged it runs 100times better

i question at low airflow how much air even registers on the maf with its position in the air stream and a low velocity with a 5” intake until the S475 gets going and there is enough velocity to actually see some airflow tuner says Maf seems lazy and i feel like thats probably the reason

Awesome build!!! Being the proud third hand owner of a Duraburb conversion (07GMC Denali XL with LMM Swap) I can honestly say that this should have been a factory option as it is one of the best vehicles I've been lucky enough to own. The only downside to mine is that it is still rocking the 1/2ton running gear so I can't get very aggressive with the power or the diff will fall apart but the fuel mileage is amazing (18 around town and 24highway) and I prefer to drive this 400hp truck over both of my 650hp trucks because of how nice it is. Only thing mine really needs is some body work as it has some rust at 304,000miles.

After a lot of back and forth I have a good tune and the truck is running strong. I would like to thank Duramaxtuner for working with me on the issues and making several revisions to get things dialed in
