LB7: Lb7 ECM locked help!

Alright I've been trying to figure out what I need to do to get this lb7 ECM working!! When I first tuned it it worked fine, then I put another tune in it and it wouldn't start and the anti theft light was on. We reset it and drove it to the dealership and they reflashed it. Now when I try to tune it, it says this and gives me a incomplete vin.



I've tried alt keys and everything else I can think of. I didn't lock it with a custom key though?? Any ideas??

Its a 2001 and OS is 15189044. What does that have to do with anything?

Once you flash an 01 with EFILIVE, you should NEVER flash it with a TECH 2 using the GM TIS system. There is a warning about this in the files that come with EFILIVE. And I see your flashing an 03-04 OS in it which is another tricky one for an 01 ECM. Others will know alot more than I do, but I was warned never to do this as it can destroy the write files in an 01 ECM. 01 ECM's have alot of things to watch for when flashing.

And then try flashing it in? Will it unlock it?

no then be sure you are using the right os, if not go to diesel place tuning library or somewhere to grab a copy of correct os, and flash that one full flash

It won't let me put any tune in it, or pull the stock tune its saying its locked. I'm asking is there anyway I can unlock it?

When you put another tune on it did you load a different VIN in it and forgot to disable the VATS?

Did the tune contain the right vin number?

i think he is saying efi can't get the right seed and key for the bootloader.
