"Work smarter, not harder" My Magliner just cant cut it thru snow. My wife Roni recommended I get a "snowcart" 6 years ago. Smart woman, she is.
My co-workers give me shit about it every winter....yet continue to ask "how many times did you use it?" when we get snow like this. Nobody else has bought one for themselves, though. Its not "UPS recommended", if you get my drift.

I think it's a great idea, especially moving multiple items, and I'm sure there's many driveways that you'd get stuck in.

But I can see it now, like a movie scene, Tom chasing his sled down a hill loaded with boxes marked "Fragile" 🤣

If safety was legitimately and logically the goal it would be safety third. But that's opposite the safety industry standard way of thinking
One of the steel stamping customers I deliver to.. the avg safety man would have stroke..

At my age, it would be more like, "Tom standing on top of the hill, hands on hips, watching the packages fly down the slope."

Speaking of jobs you can do in the snow.. Have been watching this guy trimming trees, even in whiteout snow conditions every day for past week. Been taking cool pics to share.. Then today, the weather is sunny, I hear him up early, buzzing around until about 1pm. Figured they went to lunch. Then I notice the internet is out. Which is all comms for me in the off-grid zone I live.

So I hop in the jeep, and less than a mile from the house, "Found It.." Guess who cut the phone "fiber" line clean off the pole that feeds our DSLAM box for a town of 25? It's on the ground, and I've got a fresh $20 says be there this time tomorrow.. Our small town Telco is from OK, no fiber crews within 100 miles I'm certain. And it's across a creek on a hill where not taking a truck..

Passed the pilot and ground crew headed out of town on my way back to the house. Gave them a nice thumbs up.. 8hrs later, tethered to a cell phone, taped to a pole on front porch, thinking I chose the wrong finger... :poop:

Right!? Facebook groups have gotten so bad... I'd much rather get on the old forums. lol.. No one ever wants to talk tech stuff anymore, just "pm me" lol.

Lurked back in here. Yep - still better!
Your name still gets passed around quite a bit every few days when a newbie asks about ecm tuning. Annoying to say the least but it's good to see one of the hot names from this forum still thriving. Unfortunately there's also people from the forums that I'd consider to be on the edge of scam artists, that have quite the number of nut monkeys now

I'll be on here much more going forward. I got back on Duramaxforum too, but not quite the enthusiast feel. Could likely make a ton of sales there still, but I'm really just looking to hang out and help where I can like the old days. We didn't know how good we had it here... Such good info with REAL enthusiast.
