Fuel route is from FICM to filter to CP3. I did hook it up backwards initially thinking that the FICM should get clean fuel. After using some air to blow into what thought was the supply line and getting no-where, I realized that I didn't have a blockage, I had the filter assembly backwards.. When turned around right, the truck stayed and ran for about 40 seconds before I turned it off. It hasn't run since.

I have since checked the lines, reclaimed everything, added a lift pump, and verified return flow from the return line after I crank. Actual fuel rail pressure never rises above 1.8MPa, not nearly enough to get it to start.

I wonder if I have a jammed fuel pressure regulator, or I got debris into the CO3 and trashed it. I've ordered some injector caps and I will build a fuel return flow test rig to see if I have any bad injectors after the engine sat for 7 years... I'll check the fuel pressure relief valve too to make sure it isn't bleeding off the pressure.

Any thoughts and suggestions welcome!

What does it read for fuel pressure without turning it over? Does the fuel pressure readind change while cranking it over? Remove the return line from the engine and crank the engine over and see if fuel is flowing through it. If you get alot of fuel then you need to isolate the injectors, fuel pressure popoff, and CP3 and see where the fuel is coming from. If your not getting fuel out the return while cranking check to see why your not getting fuel to the CP3. If you have fuel to the CP3, no rail pressure, and no fuel coming out the return then it sounds like your CP3 is bad or the fuel system is clogged to the CP3 or FPR.
