Truck is 100% finished last night at midnight, started it, I am so glad I adjusted the valves, it seems very quiet now? It took a little bit to fire and it rattled a bit but it is running smooth now. Can't wait to start driving it again, I've been driving a Sprinter van and it sucks!!!!

Seeing as how it always seems to be the return lines, is it possible to pressurize return side before bolting valve covers down? If it is, it would be one valuable extra step. How much pressure does the return side see, anyway? Guess I'll go digging...

That truck needs to go to church or something...

Definitely the truck... Didn't have any problems driving mine, now did you?!?!

Still want to know if a pressure test is a viable option. Seems it would be easier than putting it partly back together to run it...
