My motor lopes real bad and it's completely full of diesel, I have an IAT code on my bullydog smarty gt six gun, it has enough blow by to blow up a box of rubbers, what's wrong with it?
Probably need to run a tank of gasoline through it to clean the injectors. Make sure it's as empty as possible but don't let anyone know because it's a trade secret.

Already tried that, now I have to use ether to run it, can I just put a return on the motor somewhere to return the fuel in the oil pan back to the fuel tank, seems to be wasteful not to.

Seen Lavon Miller @ UCC and they used ether to get his going. What you're suggesting might have been his full set up.

actually, this forum was made because DP sold out and Pat was tired of the politcal BS going on over there. This site was created and is funded by Pat and Kat (i believe Rob too) through their own funds and the help of supporting vendors. They wanted this place so all their internet friends and local friends could join, talk actual dmax tech and progress the sport. Since then, with all the great tech here, google has moved us up the list for searches and many people now know about this site. IT IS NOT BUILT TO GIVE YOU FREE INFO AND "REQUIRED" TO HELP YOU. we are here to discuss duramax stuff, talk with friends, and see how the performance progresses.

That said, we are a family here. We do not welcome everyone in with open arms, just flat out how it is. specially with people who want to fly in, get tech on their own f***k up and then leave never to return again.

If you want to continue to be apart of this site and get the great tech that CAN be supplied, stop whining about how you are in a rural area, dont have the tools or gauges, and whining over the fact you are not getting the answers you are after. You got into this thing and there are some guys better than i am at this point trying to give you help yet you still continue to find excuses.

this is your last chance. Knock it off, listen, figure out how to get the proper tooling and come back with the info we need. DO NOT give me a long bag winded post about my post, we are all done with it.

Perfectly said.

OK, I think we've had just about enough of this. Weisguy (you guys didnt equate his name to the way this thread went? You're all slipping...) has insulted enough people here, not listened to anyone's advice, doesnt really know what he's doing, doesnt have the proper tools to rebuild an Allison, and NOBODY is going to be able to diagnose this fiasco untill the trans is back out of the truck.

This thread is shut down UNTIL he PMs me that he has the trans tore down and has pictures to post. That'll be the next post, or there wont be anymore....

I know I should probably keep this to myself, but I'm going to post it anyway.

Here is what I know:

The transmission worked before it was disassembled
There was a leak at the bellhousing and a Transgo kit that you wanted to install (assuming it was a full transgo kit with the C2 modifications that you probably also installed).
The trans will go into reverse but no forward gears with or without the main connector plugged in the back of the trans.

I'm going to go basic Allison operation here and tell you that reverse requires the C3 and C5 clutch to apply. First requires the C1 and C5 clutch to apply, and third require the C1 and C3 clutch to apply. We know the C3 and C5 clutch work because it has reverse. If you performed the C2 modification included with the Transgo kit, you would have had to disassemble the C1 apply piston to get the the C2 apply piston to make the modifications to that. I'm going to guess you didn't get the C1 apply piston assembled properly or you tore a lip seal putting it back together. That is where I would start, and while you have the transmission out and apart, inspect the back half of the transmission making sure nothing is out of line back there from working on it horizontally the first time.
