LLY: Is my Water Pump gone?

They sell a replacement. I'm not sure if it is a common o-ring or not, but you should be able to get one from the dealership. Probably not more than a couple of bucks.

its a metric o ring, sometimes get lucky with the kits from harbor freight, We also use some atv sealer on it.I have the part number for it somewere, i sent the only one I had to Simon.

Yeah, I was being a bit of an asshat last night. :rofl::rofl: Sorry for the "tone".

I just used diaelectric grease on mine and it hasnt leaked since I did my w/p last year....so its all good. Just need something to lube the o-ring.

I use grease myself. Makes it much nicer if you have to take it back out and want to reuse the o-ring IMO

Sil-Glyde works really well for lubricating o-rings.

Tom I think you mean the injector body o-ring, Not the injector cup those orange ones are to big for that tube.
