You would need the clutch kit and the transgo kit and a converter and make sure the clutch kit comes with the machined backing plates.

Hmmm I think I might just have to go with that kit then for the price, I can't pass it up

There are a lot better places than Ebay that will give you that price:)

i took the chance with that eBay kit because shipping was so ridiculous to get the kit from anywhere else. the kit was complete an all sun coast parts. i wouldnt worry if you choose to order this kit.:thumb:

Ebay is great right up until you need support. Then you're pissin' in the wind.

My advice to the OP is to call Mike L and order your shit from him. He's an arrogant pr!ck (like me), but he knows his shit, will treat you right, and he'll help you out if/when you step on your dick. :thumb:

Most eBay sellers don't have a overhead and know nothing about the product they are selling. How can you expect a real vendor to compete with someone who sells out of their living room?

Exactly and individuals will run here looking for FREE help? It's not about the money it's a matter of principle and common sense. The feel good feeling you get from getting that dirt cheap price I soon forgotten when you need help from someone that sells and services the same item for a few bucks more and you need them to help you with the instal or trouble shooting.

I personally wouldnt care if the kit was free, the tech support that comes with buying a kit from a reputable builder is worth the money alone.

I get what everyone is saying, and I'm not meaning exact match or beat the price, but I'm sorry but to me, paying an extra thousand dollars just do I can call and ask a few questions is a bit much.

Also, unless times have changed, I thought that was the whole purpose of a forum, a place where people go to ask questions/get answered, a place for people to go to grow & share their knowledge about the topic at hand. I guess I've missed the memo where a forum has turned strictly into a marketplace...

Ok guys, buying stuff off ebay is like buying a used car from a used car dealer, you don't know who had it and you sure won't get help from them if something goes wrong.

Buying from a reputable vendor is like buying a new car. You know where it's been, how it's been driven, what's been done to it. Warranty, support, a guy you can call when you think "something isn't quite right".

But if you don't have the money for new and you need to get to work, you roll the dice, take the chance. You either end up happy and can still afford the gas, or you end up riding the bus cuz you can't even afford to flush the sawdust out of your rad and the prolong won't hold back the lifter tick anymore LOL :roflmao:

I prefer to buy new, but I'll admit I have purchase used once or twice
