Help: iPhone Users:

My daughter is staying home sick from school, so I'm bored. Figured I'd learn more about my phone. I suppose I'll ask Kat to do it for me when she gets home.
Sync to iTunes AFAIK thats the only way to do it. Highlight the songs you want to be deleted and I think its File tab and clear or delete should be there as an option and then that will delete the songs you selected.

Plug your phone into my computer and Itunes should open up. If it doesn't ask Allison she knows how. Just be careful on what you click or you will end up with 5 pages of your son's app's :rofl:

Ok there's a port on the bottom of your Iphone and you are supplied with a cable that plugs into that port. The USB connector will go into the computer in the USB terminal. If your computer has iTunes already installed then it will automatically come up if not then you will need to install iTunes from the Apple site. Once you open iTunes your phone/ipod already syncs automatically and your songs should show up in a window. There you should be able to delete the songs.
If you are still a bit confused I am going to have to go home and do this because I am at work now and can't pull up iTunes to show you.

I'm not sure on the iPhone but with my iPod there is a check mark on the left side of each song in iTunes. Remove the check mark and it removes it from the pod but keeps it on the computer.
yes you can fiddle around with those settings and configure it any which way you want it. Iphone is the same as an ipod.
How will any of this make my Duramax faster?:rofl:

On the devices tab of iTunes, there is a Music tab. Depending on how much music you have, either the "Entire music library" or "Selected playlists, artists, and genres" or will be selected. If it is "Entire music library", then all you have to do is uncheck that song from the library music screen. If you have the second option selected you need to remove that song from that playlist.

Typical, we can hotrod anything but can't figure out how to work a stupid phone without the kids damn we're old.
Hold your finger on the app you do not like. All the apps will start to shake and a X will show up next to all the apps. now you can remove it or them.
