Howdy, I am installing 6 injectors in a 2011 LML.

2 Questions, Do the injectors need reprogramming after install?

Also, some of the injectors were stuck open, do i need to pull the freeze plug or glow plug to release pressure/oil:confused:

Thanks!

Yes the flow rates will need programmed. And if they were stuck open I'd definitely pull glow plugs and crank it over

Connect the V2/Autocal cable to the diagnostic port
2. Press "F3 Tuning Tool" (Autocal Select "Tuning tool)
3. Next, press "F2 Configuration" (Skip this step for Autocal)
4. Next, press "F1 Read GPM Inject"("Autocal scroll down to Read GPM Injector and press OK")
5. Next, press "F3 Prog ECM Inject"("Autocal scroll down to Prog ECM Injector and press OK")
6. That's it, easy enough.

I've never had a truck run as bad as you're saying with the flow rates not programmed. I always start them up first before I go through the hassle of programming. They're just not as smooth or quiet. Not bad though. The average person probably wouldn't even notice.
Did you check fuel quality? I bet you either need the other 3 and/or contamination has ruined the ones you just installed as well.
