Connect the V2/Autocal cable to the diagnostic port
2. Press "F3 Tuning Tool" (Autocal Select "Tuning tool)
3. Next, press "F2 Configuration" (Skip this step for Autocal)
4. Next, press "F1 Read GPM Inject"("Autocal scroll down to Read GPM Injector and press OK")
5. Next, press "F3 Prog ECM Inject"("Autocal scroll down to Prog ECM Injector and press OK")
6. That's it, easy enough.

That won't do anything to program flow rates on new injectors. That will only copy the injector codes from the GPCM to the ECM in the event you swap the ECM. He would have to copy the codes off the injectors and manually program them into the ECM with some sort of scan tool like a Tech 2, a Snap On scan tool, AutoEnginuity, or something like that. Unless they've added that capability at some point, EFILive can't do it. That said, I haven't seen unprogrammed flow rates cause any issues like what is being described.

What would cause the balance rates to be all over the place.. even with good injectors?

Why did you change injectors? Why 6 instead of all 8? Did you check to make sure the CP4 pump isn't eating itself?

I know I should have done all 8. The balance rates weren't that bad on a lot of them, plus there was only 6 for sale(they are very lightly used). I just purchased this truck and the fellow i purchased it from seemed real honest. His local dealer told him the injection pump was OK
