So, my lb7 was leaking diesel in to the oil. Researched and found out I needed to replace the injectors.
Found a set. Replaced them and now I have issues. Yes, the diesel in the oil is gone, but now I have what sounds like "spark knock" or "burst rattle".
I get this when I accelerate and the rpms are 1200-1500.
I have been to the dealer and checked the balance rates. They are telling me that the injectors are bad. (Yes, they do know that they were recently replaced.)
This is a table of the Balance Rates done over 10 minutes on a warm engine. As this truck has a manual transmission, all are done in neutral.
What is the deal? Are they good/bad? Why do they fluctuate? HELP!!! I am going crazy!
