I thought about Trying floor it pumps...ill just go through him tho, hes 40mins from me... The only thing that scared me was the waiting process, but if worse comes to worse, i can just drive over. Hes always been real nice to me at the pulls, i dont think he ever had bad intentions, just took on a little more than he could handle, and from what i heard his divorce got bad, so that made him way behind.

I have heard nothing but good things about his pumps, just customer service. Im going to contact DTS about getting one.

That is the exact reason I wanna do a remote, large single pump.

Have you seen the remote mount for the cummins that over speeds the cp3 gear? It's like adding a modified cp3 since it increases the rpms.

SUPPOSEDLY. I don't have a dodge. That's just what the company claims.

The big problem with the single stroker pump is that the internal pressures get real high and they can grenade. In a dual kit the internal pressure gets split between the two pumps. One thing to increase the life of a single pump is to go with a bigger return line and that will help keep the internal pressure down. For what i was told.

Overspeeding a dmax cp3 doesnt work. It will float the pistons and drop pressure. Thats why you dont see any kits.

The internal pressures see no more than what the injectors see unless you have your tunning to be running more than 28k so i dont see that being the issue.

You are right but lb7 and llys are designed to handle 24k not 28k I personoly dont know that is just what i heard.

Oh ok.... WEEEELLLL make a kit that uses a dodge cp3. :) bing bang boom.

Lol they are pretty much the same BUT i believe dodge underdrives the pump factory as compared to a dmax, thus why the aftermatket offers the "overdrive" kit.

26-28k can actually be seen by lbz and lmm trucks quite a bit stock and their cp3 is the same outer shell and cylinders as a lb7 from what ive read. The injectors in a lb7 ought to be blowing first if pressure was the issue with the weak bodys they have.

Ya i know some injectors have givin out under pressure its amazing that they cant redesign them to last when they can make the lbz and llys models hold up.

Well another new Industrial pump bit the dirt last night. Sold a customer a 120% pump for his dodge, drove less then 200 miles and it blew a plug out and blew fuel everywhere :( have a dyno comp sat and II wants us to send the pump back for inspection before they send us another.
