And their family members probably sued the electric company for not making it safe enough for them.

Thats the way "Merica" works.

A wise german engineer once said "Europe has laws, America has lawyers". I think that sums it up pretty well, every law in America is open to interpretation with the right lawyer. Common sense does not prevail.

It is sad how laws put into effect to keep people from setting up booby traps and hurting some kid that was wandering around where he shouldn't now carries over to some grown ass men (I use men in a scientific way not socially) that cut though a chain link fence with warning signs up to steal something.

No need to feel sorry man, scum bags do walk the street even the dirt roads, the point if these threads is more to warn others about what these idiots will try and do. I'm out money but that's the way it goes. I have a pretty sweet new welding rig trailer me new leads so that's a plus. Lol

Sucks now though I have a trailer loaded with one of the tractors for doing some dirt work in a horse arena. So now all night I'll be worried about it all night sitting there with no truck on it. Best thing to tell yourself is that's what insurance is for

Have you looked into one of the hitch locks? I'm pretty sure they make them for ball receivers for goose necks and 5th wheel hitches also, not saying that some cracked out sob won't figure out a way to break it off but it will delay the process and hopefully they will get caught or give up, just a thought.

I'n my area in PA the " cool thing to do" is steal our diesel fuel and gas from our tractors and dozers, it's a little activating when your five miles from the barn out of fuel on the side of the road and you know you filled her up the night before to save some time. Hmmmm. That's when we bought locking fuel caps..

Sorry for rantin guys, I just miss my country's honesty, when I didn't have to sleep with a 45 in the nightstand and lock my front door and everything I own up like Fort Knox for hope that it won't be stolen

Well I know of many instances where people were caught trying to drill holes into anhydrous tanks for their meth labs......

Whenever we apply anhydrous ammonia the little bit you inhale from time to time is enough to ruin your sense of smell for months. Liquid anhydrous will eat flesh.

Meth heads are not always smart so they try drilling holes in the bottoms of tanks. Natural selection at its best thank god.
