You really should stop listening to Cole. I run a metrology lab, largest in the West last I checked. We have 7 CMM machines and supporting equipment. Not a fuel injection shop.

I have non-disclosure agreements with DOD, JPL, NASA, CIA, Boeing, Lockheed, Northrup, Dodge Racing, Chevrolet Racing, Honda Racing, Toyota Racing, etc. In the case of some of these, I get to go to prison if I falsify results. I've been measuring shit for 30 years, and in business over 15. I'm pretty good at it.

Now for my "hobby",

I've tested ~15 unique turbochargers, over two dozen tuners, several different converters, lift pumps, intakes, etc. The reason folk listen to my recommendations, is because they trust my testing. MFR's often call me to get my input on things.

Did your "buddy" mention when I tested his converter vs. the Suncoast converter, I pronounced his converter as the winner? Naw, he probably forgot about that, since I make up test results according to him. Or he will just make up some story I suppose. Fiction is always simpler than testing.

i have never talked to cole. i only observed the hellstorm that was left at the dieselplace from you guys, so steve cole is not my "buddy" by any means. i just bring up his name because out of the blue you guys bash him every chance you get. about the converter bit, i bought the"mcrat 1057" because it was the best, now everyone is having issues with them:mad: including me.

Whatever you say. You brought him up, and mimic his lines to a T.

You bought the Suncoast 1057 because I tested it and recommended it as superior to the TTS converter, which it is. Lots of TTS failures.

I ran 3 of 1057's. Never had a problem. Wendy and Blue both have 1057's inside for 3+ years. Doesn't mean none of them have ever failed, just means I haven't busted one at 750+ rwhp, or 100,000+ combined miles. Casper is running a special converter now, the 1057 is too tight for big chargers at high altitude.

There are some better converters out now than the 1057, but it's still one of the best for "tune-only" trucks.

Can you stop whining about the people whining. Just a thought.

How about you MR. whiner? You like to give it but you sure hate to take it. The mods at DP told me how many times you begged to get back. Must have been Randy the hack that got you back in. Chapstick helps the chafing but not the taste.
