Correct me if I'm wrong, but, I was under the understanding that turbo tolerances and balances are CRUCIAL, adding a quick bead to a broken part would throw off the balance and it'd self destruct right??? LOL :cool2:

IIRC The kid wanted his turbo to be louder so he spot welded the fins.

He said it was a lot louder. :rofl:

You know what---I grew up in sheet metal shops. The one thing I know for sure is that if you don't know what your doing (and if you can't hire a real welder)---PRACTICE on a piece of metal that is not important before welding on something you paid good money for.
