Damn! Thanks for the stab James! Lol! Went back to stock. I really wanted 4.10s but the bank account wont let me do much right now. I went with a good set of used 3.73s. The truck is running really good right now so I hope the high gears wont hurt it too bad.
I would really like to lose the 4-5 shift if its possible. I havent done the math yet so I dont know what 4th gear will top out at.

. you shoulda texted me, i have a set of front 4.10 gears i would have sold cheap. i dont think the gearing will be that big of a difference in your ET, i think the tuning will play a bigger role
With 3.73's, and true 35's, 105mph is 3760rpm in 4th gear. Dont be a wussy to spin high RPM :thumb:
The taller gears were definately a good idea. The trans shifts better and softer, and the truck pulls hard through each gear. It use to do nothing but shift, now it feels like I actually get to use the power.
Got most of the under hood stuff taken care of, fixed a leaking return line and started pulling the seats. Front diff is back in also with fresh fluid all the way around. Just need to hook up the water/meth put the bed and stacks back on and we're ready to go!

I would love to see an 11 out if this truck but I dont have enough air or fuel. A low 12 would make me very happy. Thanks though.
Well, after 2 weeks of late nights, very little sleep and tons of help from Jackie, Troy, Mike and Josh the truck is 99% done. Few minor things to finish after work tomorrow, clean it up again and head out to the TnT.
I am very impressed with how well the truck is running. The new tuning from Nick absolutely rips! Trans is shifting smooth and egts barely see 1400° at WOT on the big tune.
Huge thanks to all that hooked me up with the new goodies, tech support and hard work w/ no pay! Lol!
