Did I read that right? 110 gallons of oil?
You could lay down in the oil pan and take a nap.
How many hours on it when she failed?

Lol, I think your skinny enough to climb in the bores and check the squirter alignment...

We still talking engines, or did this just take an interesting turn?
Next time we get a big KBB/V compressor in I'll post pics. Rods weigh about 380lbs
I do love big diesels though. I never got a chance to work on anything bigger than the QSK38s before I left Cummins
How big exactly is that engine Brian? I'm not a Cat engine decoder...
That big haul truck only holds 2.5 gal of washer fluid? Wtf???

You might have to make a couple trips to the oil dump tank with that drain pan if you're doing an oil change. I'm no big engine guy though :rofl:Biggest engine that we can lift inside and around the shop. Cat makes a common rail V16 and V20 called the C175-16/20 that is very close in power to the cummins marine engines, making north of 4000hp. For shits and giggles, I priced out the CP3 for the cat C175 engine, and just the CP3 group alone was upwards of 45,000$
Those black heat blankets on the exhaust are 25,000 bucks:thumb:
