No I cannot. I have the airdog running through the filter housing. Can I bypass the housing itself and bleed the air somehow?

You should be able to connect to the quick connect on the drivers side of the housing and it should bypass the housing. I've read that's how you do it, but have not done it myself so maybe someone else can chime in and confirm. As far as bleeding the air off i believe it will bleed the system when you prime the lift pump.

Yes there is but not sure where that screw is on the pump.. I don't have one but you should be able to find it.. You should put a gauge on it though if you gonna mess with it and not go over 12 or so.

I have live data and it says I need 5946psi on start up and only making 1500 at the max.

I had a bad cp3 and got 0087, plunger is stuck. Need a cp3 and probably injectors unless they were changed recently.

2004.5 lb7 cali @ 324k, AEM Intake, pro fab intake horn, fed y bridge, full egr delete, non egr up pipes, batmo wheel, Mbrp downpipe, full Mbrp 5 inch exhaust, full cognito front end w/ tie rod sleeves, Air Dog 2 165, Super chips economy programmer, PPE Boost Valve, drilled and slotted rotors
