I loaded the stock tune back into the ECM and the TCM, it was still doing it, then it stopped and I did a WOT run and it was fine, then it started doing it again!
I am at my wits end!! Still no Codes!!

did you actually look to see if there where any codes or are you just going off the check engine light. i would actually look to see if there are codes because for some reason my check engine light would not come on but i had codes
Why did you have to replace the valve body? What was going on before the VB change, any codes then?
Strange that it worked good, then bad, makes me think it's not an internal trans problem. The thing should code.
it was doing the same type of thing.... it was coding up a storm back then, all sorts of low voltage codes, etc. but this time nothing.
This was the beginning of it last time, sounds eerily familiar...

Why does it seem like these trucks have a mind of their own? Mine is good 99% of the time every now and then it will flare 3-4 shift.
with my stock tune at WOT it shifts perfect sometimes, also with little to no throttle it shifts perfect. but right in-between it flares the shift soo bad.
I loaded an old tune today, ran it, when the 2-3 shift came up i didnt let off and as soon as it shifted into 3rd after the flared shift and BANG, it lit the tires up and the truck went sideways, the downshifts are getting ALOT worse too, I stopped at a red light, fairly quickly and literally about 2 seconds later the the truck jumped forward, if I hadnt had my foot on the brake as hard as i did the truck would have been in the middle of the intersection. WTF is going on! Still no codes!!

I would pull the trans out and take a look. Sounds mechanical.
well thats chitty, I can afford that right now, think it will hurt it to drive it like this for awhile, as long as i let off before the 2-3 shift?
i think you are asking to break some hardparts. that bang is a tie up i would park it or it will get more costly if something breaks .
I agree, reading your past threads it seems something isnt right inside your trans.
I have a new internal filter laying around, does anyone think it would do me any good to drop the pan and replace it with some new fluid? It really seems like the trans isnt getting enough fluid fast enough, then when it does get it it shifts fine.
