Washington state just announced the closure of all state lands to camping until April 30th including DNR land and all state parks. Current campers will be notified and moved out.
BLM land appears to still be open, they are federally controlled.

Yup, sure....let people congregate at church, but limit their single-person or open-air options. Yup, good policy. 
Washington state is allowing day use of the parks with social distancing, just no overnight camping.

Here is maryland the governor spoke today of the next steps for the state. All non essential business's are closed now. Im able to stay open as it was declared auto repair facilities are deemed essential personnel. So today we all printed out letterheads to give to my employees to show they work here and are able to be out and about. Saturday was the first case in our county and no new reported cases since.
Michigan went into shutdown today, too.
UPS gave us something similar to your form to keep in our cars for our commutes. Like the brown uniforms we wear arent enough to convince any police or military that we're UPS people?
